Bylaws, Ethics, and Standing Rules

Duties include, but are not limited to, the review and recommendation of amendments to EHNC’s Bylaws, Code of Conduct and Standing Rules with the sole intention of better serving EHNC stakeholders. The Bylaws, Ethics & Standing Rules Committee may be referred any action by the Governing Board, Standing or Ad-Hoc Committees to ensure Bylaws, Code of Conduct and Standing Rules are upheld. The Bylaws Committee makes recommendations to the Governing Board based on its findings. The Bylaws, Ethics and Standing Rules committee shall meet on an as needed basis.
