NPG Application Process

Thank you for your interest in submitting a Neighborhood Purpose Grant (NPG) application for review by the East Hollywood Neighborhood Council (EHNC). To ensure apt time for review, NPG applications will be reviewed monthly after the monthly submission deadline – End of the day on the first Friday of the month. The review process is outlined below:

  1. Community Organization submits NPG Request Form by the first Friday of the month.
  2. Community Organization is invited to the EHNC Budget and Finance Committee to discuss the NPG. The Budget and Finance Committee meets the second Thursday evening of each month.
  3. If recommended for approval by the Budget and Finance Committee, the EHNC Board will make a final decision on the third Monday evening of each month.

    Completed NPG application form.
    W9 or IRS 501(c)3 letter confirming 501(c)3 status.
    Optional supplementary material you would like to share with the EHNC.
