All landlords of residential properties must provide a Notice of Renters’ Protections to tenants who begin or renew their tenancy on or after January 27, 2023. This notice must also be posted in an accessible common area of the property. Click here to download the Renters’ Protections Notice.
All eviction notices issued to tenants in the City of Los Angeles must be filed with the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) within three (3) business days of service on the tenant.
