Duties include highlighting the diverse arts and culture of East Hollywood, connecting artists to the greater East Hollywood Community, and employing the arts for positive change in East Hollywood. The Arts & Culture Representative shall be chair of the Arts & Culture Committee upon the seating of each new board, unless otherwise agreed upon by the board. The Arts and Culture Committee shall meet at least six (6) times per year.

The Arts & Culture Committee is currently working on art boxes. There are two that are complete by Vanesa Andrade at Normal and Vermont and Santa Monica Blvd and Western.
