Seat: District 1 Representative (2023)


Lucine is an Armenian-American activist, recent graduate of Wesleyan University, and Chair of the Outreach and Youth & Education committees. She brings her experience in advocacy, research, communications, and archival documentation to the table with the hopes of increasing our community’s access to key resources, policy makers, and material relief in East Hollywood. Lucine was born and raised in East Hollywood, and she is excited to give back to her community. She was appointed to the EHNC in October 2020, and was elected to the council in April 2021.
