The Planning and Land Use committee reviews proposed developments in East Hollywood for consistency with the character of the neighborhood and to meet the needs of the community.

Duties include, but are not limited to reviewing planning department entitlement application and proposed zoning changes impacting the EHNC. The Planning and Land Use Management Committee shall meet at least six (6) times per year.
All applicants who wish to be added to the agenda of the PLUM Committee’s meeting must complete this EHNC PLUM Submission Form and send it to email hidden; JavaScript is required at least 10 days in advance of the desired meeting date. Please note that all correspondence regarding the PLUM Committee must be sent to email hidden; JavaScript is required, not individual committee member emails.
