Are you concerned about how the election results will effect you and your neighbors?
Join the East Hollywood Neighborhood Council for our community’s monthly Governing Board meeting this Monday, November 18th at 7pm to connect with your community and voice your concerns about how the election will affect the neighborhood. Together we can work to safeguard our most vulnerable and continue to improve the quality of life in East Hollywood regardless of what pressures we face from the federal government.
The meeting will take place this Monday, November 18th at 7pm via Zoom (Zoom link in Bio) or in-person at the basement ballroom of the Hollywood Hotel (1160 N. Vermont Avenue).
Community members are also welcome to email their concerns to outreach@easthollywood.net.
The East Hollywood Neighborhood Council will also be reviewing a 180 unit project (no parking spaces) at 1205 N. Mariposa. The project is listed as 100% affordable housing under the controversial ED1 directive. While proponents of the project believe this will add badly needed housing to Los Angeles, opponents are worried that a project of this size will pose extensive challenges for current residents and the surrounding area. Please come and share your thoughts or concerns.
