EmpowerLA staff will be tabling at CicLAvia which is on December 3rd from 9AM-3PM! The route goes from Leimert Park to Historic South Central (along King Blvd. to Central Avenue.) Our team will be at the Historic South Central Hub starting at 8:30AM! Come by and visit! We will have free swag and information on how to get involved in Neighborhood Councils!
